Hi! We're Sara and Salvo, Italian couple in their 30s, in London for work. We're both in the digital advertising industry and share our passion for running (that's how we met!), travelling and, last but not least, for good food.
After a particularly tough day at work, we found ourself wondering "Why don't we leave everything an go for a world tour?". The idea was tempting, but not the easy to realise. We were having dinner in a Lebanese restaurant that night, so all of a sudden we had a flash of inspiration: we can explore the world without leaving London at all! Let's see if in the British capital there's a least a restaurant for each country in the World! And so the #LondonFoodWorldTour began...

Siamo Sara e Salvo, trentenni italiani emigrati a Londra per lavoro. Ci occupiamo di pubblicità online e condividiamo la passione per la corsa (è cosi' che ci siamo incontrati!), i viaggi e soprattutto il buon cibo.

Dopo una dura giornata di lavoro, ci è capitato di pensare “Molliamo tutto e partiamo per un giro del mondo!”. L’idea era senza dubbio allettante, ma non di facile realizzazione. Il caso ha voluto che ci trovassimo a cena in un ristorante libanese quella sera, così a un certo punto abbiamo avuto l’illuminazione: possiamo esplorare il mondo anche rimanendo a Londra! Scommettiamo che nella capitale inglese c’è almeno un ristorante per ogni paese del mondo? E cosi' e' iniziato il #LondonFoodWorldTour...
